At Yarns Untangled, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a yarn weight or color isn't quite right for your project, you can return or exchange unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused yarn in its original packaging, ensuring all labels and skein bands remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
