Lichen & Lace was founded in 2013 in Sackville, New Brunswick by Megan Ingman, a recent transplant from Toronto, Ontario. Megan had just sold her yarn shop Lettuce Knit, and was looking for her next project. Originally a one-woman operation, Lichen & Lace now has several staff and quite an operation producing stunning, one of a kind hand-dyed yarn.
Rustic Heather Sport is a minimally processed, non-superwash, sport weight yarn made with Canadian wool, spun in New Brunswick at Canada's oldest woolen mill, with colours hand dyed with care by Lichen & Lace.
